Tank Mechanic Simulator is all about finding tanks and restoring them. Four days ago, on the 20th of February 2020, one year after the first postponement, the game got released! Finally, the game got passed the PlayWay's QA ( Quality Assurance) and was ready for the greater public!Īt the moment of writing, you can buy the game on Steam with a 25% discount, which comes to 12.59€ instead of 16.79€. The communication between community and developers was and still is one of the best I've ever experienced! They, of course, had their own roadmap but still, they listened very carefully to what the community, and certainly the contributors, had to say.Īlthough the game was very well built, it got postponed twice. Those contributors had a very good understanding of the direction the developers wanted to go in and tried to help out as much as possible with feedback, information and lots of blueprints for tanks and parts of tanks.
It didn't take long before there were some contributors appointed by the developers (of which I'm one). This all happened through their official Discord server on which there was already a huge interest and activity. Months passed and many suggestions, bugs, problems, ideas and so much more were passed towards the developers from within the testing community. Already from the beginning, you could see that this game was going to be a very promising mechanic simulator for all those who are interested in tanks and how they are built. A game developed by DeGenerals and published by PlayWay.
1 and a half years ago we could get our hands on a testing key for the then-upcoming game Tank Mechanic Simulator.
