It's not clear yet what Proletariat means by a chapter system - some players think it could be story content or a battle pass system - and we'll be sure to update you when we learn more. Plus, each Chapter will have long-term rewards for players to earn, too. The quests and story updates will happen every week. Over the 12 weeks of The Spellstorm, there will be three story quests every week for you to complete during. Proletariat is focusing on bringing more plot and lore into Spellbreak with the upcoming Chapter 1. Quests and gameplay will be tightly linked to the Spellbreak story to create something more enjoyable and rewarding for the player. The game supports cross-platform play, and you can use the same Spellbreak account on each platform. Players use magical gauntlets and spells instead of guns as they fight for survival in a slowly shrinking map. Proletariat describes the Chapter system as Something like beats in a continuously evolving story. While Spellbreak is a decent Battle Royale, there are just too many bigger and better battle royales on the market for such a niche title to succeed, and Proletariat’s track record of sunsetting titles relatively quickly does. Spell break is a free-to-play 3D cross-platform fantasy battle royale where up to 42 players fight it out until only one man is left standing. What is the Spellbreak Chapter System The Chapter System seems to refer to a monthly event schedule similar to the seasons in other royales that will be used to unveil new content centered around specific aspects of Spellbreak’s rich lore. Proletariat describes the feature as more than just a simple battle pass. Spellbreak should have launched as a 3v3 arena game, similar to the competitive arena mode found in World of Warcraft. The latest reveals include details on how Spellbreak will combine the game’s evolving storyline with its version of a battle pass. In the lead up to the big release, the Design Director of Spellbreak released new information on the Chapter System and Prologue on Reddit. Titled The Gathering Storm, this update will serve as the Prologue to the magical battle royale’s Chapter System. Developer Proletariat says it’s a new way to experience Spellbreak.
